Balancepoint Studios is a beautiful modern studio with 2 seperate rooms for classes and one on one training. A lovely foyer to welcome our students, seating space, an area for gathering, light snacks, coffee, and tea. The decore is warm and inviting, we are a family owned business after all (and want you to feel like you are part of the family). In warmer weather there is a lovely outdoor seating area for you to enjoy a cup of tea with your Balancepoint friends. Our teachers are fully trained and can offer feedback on all your wants and needs. We want all of our students to feel like they are receiving personal training in a group setting. We offer group classes and private lessons in Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pilates, Conditioning/Toning, Cardio, Barre, Bellydancing, as well as Holistic Modalities like Meditation, Reiki, and card reading. The studio also offers workshops and teacher training programs
